2013 Call for Nominations

We need your help!  Every year, at the Annual Dinner Meeting

in June (this year: June 14, 2013), CAAP recognizes two individuals who have been nominated for their outstanding contributions to addiction prevention-treatment-recovery.

Your nomination helps us recognize peers who are deserving.

Nominations must be received by April 30, 2013.

  1. Please nominate an outstanding clinician who you feel is deserving of the Colorado Counselor-of-the-Year Award 2013.
  2. Please nominate a professional who you feel is deserving of the Colorado Excellence-in-Leadership nomination. This is our opportunity to recognize leaders who support the addictions field, including legislators, managers, supervisors, business owners, CEOs, etc.
